I had to stay in the extra oxygen for the first night, and I got to go to my parents’ room at about noon the day after I was born. Last night was my first night with my parents. We had a bit of trouble sleeping, until my parents finally just broke the birthing center’s rules — instead of making me stay in a crib, they let me sleep with them!
